Oaklawn Homes Community Block Party Brings Residents Together

On Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the Mobile Housing Authority partnered with Destination Church to host a fun-filled Block Party at Oaklawn Homes. Residents, MHA staff, and members of the Destination Church Dream Team came together for a morning of fellowship, food, inflatable jumpers, snow cones, and community engagement. We were also pleased to have MHA Vice Chair Commissioner Maxine Walters in attendance, demonstrating her support for the Oaklawn Homes community and resident activities. Special thanks to Destination Church for their continued partnership and commitment to serving our residents.
