Trunk-Or-Treat at Craighead Elementary School On the morning of Friday, October 31, 2025, we joined MHA Chairman William Ray and Commissioner Russell Mitchell at Craighead Elementary School for the school’s annual Trunk or Treat celebration. Together, we handed out candy to students dressed in creative costumes and enjoyed a fun, festive event filled with laughter and community spirit. The event provided a wonderful opportunity to engage with the community and bring smiles to the children’s faces.
